hello all from the magical land of Kentucky! It has been a looooooooong time since I have posted, but I am back. For the past three months I have been dealing with an ankle problem. I have been on short term disablility since Nov. 22 of '08. I had what they call ostiochondroitis desicans or something like that. I had an abnormal spot on my ankel bone. But everything is fine now and I am good as before. I would say good as new, but we all know that would be reaching. The ice storm of late has taken its toll on my house and we are undergoing some repairs on our house. A tree took out our power from the weather cap down and ripped off some roofing and guttering. I have to run now but I will talk at you all later.

hello all from frost bite falls...not really! We draw ever closer to living in our money pit. I have code named our house "suberban gettho." I thought it a lovely name for all my home-ies to call the magichole homestead. I want our "crib" to be a place where we can all hang out wit our bitches and kick-it wit a couple of "fourties." In other news, we were in a car wreck this past weekend. Don't worry, all the magichole clan are fine. The car maybe a total loss we will have to see.

After waiting for evar and spending over budget, the Lassiter homestead will soon be complete. Well, we are pleased with the results of our patients and the draing of every last cent we have. Teh house looks awsome! The cabinets for the kitchen came today...so just a little longer.

For all those who wanted to see the house...here it is. Its being renovated right now, so we can't live in it yet. Hope we can get in the first of September. Fingers are crossed.

Dateline....house!


Yes, for those of you who are not in the know, I am buying a house. The closing date draws near and we are down to the wire. We just fixed the last things in the house the lending company wanted us to fix. Hopefully we will close on August 6th, then the real fun begins. Our contractors are going to work on the house for the rest of the month. Talk about unloading thousands of dollars, this renovation is going to cost mega bucks! We will, of course, post pics after the renovation is complete. I am concerned(or however you spell it) that we will not have enough money to complete the project, but I am keeping the faith.

So, Mr. Potter did not live up to or come close to equaling the book. I can accept some things in the book to movie translation, but they crossed the line with this one. The movie was rushed, all the characters had "cameo" parts at best, and there was more than one important scene left out of the movie. Ah for the days of Chris Columbus and Richard Harris. On a better note, Transformers wassssssssss theeeeeeeeeee bestttttttt movie I have seen since Peter Jacksons movies. Optimus lives!

I'm in that nostalgic frame of mind lately. As I grow-up and as the years pass, I find myself returning to the things that I did years ago. I've really gotten into buying complete series of old shows. I constantly think about old times and the way things used to be. I believe I'm going threw my mid-life crisis without the means to buy my little red sports car. Nothing is really wrong with life today...other than it's hard, I just miss yesterday...

anyone evar been knee deep in suga? Well I have today! When I got to work, I was greeted by my boss over processing. It seems that on thursday last I took a suga truck that did not get into the computer system. Because of this error, the top to the suga silo blew its top. Now, I am knee deep in suga! What a way to end a week!
In other news, saw the Reaping. I thought it was pretty good. Ate at Hooters, I could not finish my wings. I went home in disgrace...I am a weak wing eater. There should be a support group for that.
Had an awsome mackin' Easter. Was in an Easter play at Church. It came off very well I think. I played the blind guy that got....healed!(best Jerry Faldwell imitation). Anyway, either people lie well or they liked my performance. Also, did a skit based on Emril live for church. I wrote it...directed it....and stared in it. It came off okay I think. Well have to go...

the title has really nothing to do with my entry....I just like it. Hello, my name is Magichole and it has been a super long time since I have said anything. So, incase any of you thought I was dead...sorry! You'll just have to get your sick kicks some other way.
actually nothing has changed so that's good. I'm still at a crummy jorb...still questioning my faith...still feel old. Oh! today is my birthday that must be where the attitude is coming from...huh.
i recieved a super awsome gift from M&M. It's a tooth box for Christian...it is total coolness. I shall have to shower you with pics of it sometime. I am also the proud owner of a signed copy of Emerals new book...if I spelled his name wrong, I should be flogged. So, a big super hug to the M&M family for the gift. Mine will come to you all when inspiration hits me. That my be a long time from now. Anyway, that's all I have. Well actually its not,but I have to go back to work.

Still trying hard to save for the Disney, but it is the hardest most miserable thing to do. The mouse better put out or I am not going to be happy! We are failing miserably at trying to save money. We can't resist the urge to eat out and do fun things we like. Not to mention that our house is a walking bottle of pills...and that costs. The mouse is going to set us back like $3500.00. The mouse thinks alot of himself. I know...your saying, "don't use the word alot", it's lazy. A lot is where you park cars...lol! "I'm tired," I say. We are all doing well though. Just one more thing to say....I got my Harry Potter preordered...do you?

I havn't ljed in a while. I've been in a funk lately. Not one of those funks you can really put a finger on. Maybe I need to up my medication!
Work sucks! Not that any of you can really relate...*wink*. My Christmas was unusual, not bad just unusual. The holidays lacked that certain umph it usually has.
Funny that Gerald Ford became the longest lived president in US history one month and then died the next. Maybe not funny in a ha...ha way, but funny none the less.
I was uber sorry to hear of everyones car woes. I am being very careful of how I drive and how everyone else is driving. I find that I'm honking my horn more than usual. Does it seem that I'm using the word usuall to much...I'm not even sure that I'm spelling it correctly. I think I'm going to let the worry go though. I'll write more later....bye.
